Set within the candlelit halls and grand garden of a Maltese noble residence dating back to the 1800s, the evening embraced dark elegance and allure, bringing guests into a world where every detail was curated to perfection. The start of Malta's most eloquent evening.
On October 31st, Malta’s hottest night was born, the night scene witnessed the highly anticipated launch of The Supper Club | Malta, an evening that seamlessly blended fine foods, wines, cocktails, art, craftsmanship, and performance in a celebration of sophisticated creativity and refined networking.
Hosted within the majestic walls of Palazzo dei Fiori, the event marked a new chapter in Malta’s vibrant event landscape—a soirée filled with elegance, innovation, and bold artistry.

Guests arrived to a carefully curated selection of cocktails, crafted by Zac Abela of Logic. From the sparkling Kohi Spritz, a refreshing union of the featured liquor of the night, Kohimame Coffee Liqueur and Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic, to the bold and balanced Boulevardier, featuring Irish whiskey, vermouth, and Campari, each drink was designed to elevate the senses. The smoky Mezcalita and the herbaceous Basil Smash rounded out the menu, transforming the bar area into an oasis of refined flavors and expert craftsmanship.
With cocktails in hand, attendees made their way to the first floor, where an exclusive art exhibition awaited. The space had been transformed into a private gallery showcasing works by acclaimed artist Etienne Farrell—created specifically for the night. Farrell’s emotive, multimedia practice, which explores complex societal and emotional themes, offered a thought-provoking visual dialogue. Her site-specific works and installations, celebrated internationally and part of Malta’s national collection, provided a captivating backdrop for intimate conversations and reflection.
As the evening progressed, the garden doors swung open, inviting guests to find their seats for dinner and the evening’s main event. Keith Said, Head Chef of Caviar and Bull curated the menu—each course paired with superb wines by Marvin Gauci. The night began with delicate oysters topped with Kaluga caviar, complimented by a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, and continued with hearty
delights like Emberbound Ribs paired with a bold red. The evening culminated with a decadent pistachio and cherry dessert, paired with the rich notes of Kohimame Coffee Liqueur—a true testament to culinary artistry.
The entertainment was nothing short of spectacular. The dance performance, thematically inspired by Bram Stocker’s Dracula and Black Swan, set an intriguing, haunting tone for the night. Acclaimed prima ballerina Aurora, flown in from Rome, graced the stage with her ethereal elegance, elevating the evening’s artistic ambiance. Sean Kemati delivered a soulful rendition of "Purple Rain," transforming a classic into a personal masterpiece. Adding a surreal, theatrical touch, a Medusa figure hung dramatically from the ceiling, her hair swirling in a captivating dance—embodying the daring spirit of the night.
October 31st’s celebration of The Supper Club | Malta was undeniably a breath of fresh air—an extraordinary fusion of art, flavor, and movement that left guests inspired and eager for what’s to come. An unforgettable launch, it marked the beginning of a new vibrant chapter for Malta’s cultural night life—an evening of beauty, boldness, and boundless creativity.
