We collect the minimum personal information necessary, such as name, email address, and contact details, exclusively for event management purposes. Your data will be stored securely and only retained until your guest membership with The Supper Club | Malta is active or upon your request for data deletion.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except for trusted service providers assisting in event organisation (e.g., ticketing, payment processing, photography), who are contractually obliged to protect your data.

6. Photography & Videography
Participation in our events implies consent to photography and videography by our authorised media teams. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance or to step out of frame.
Photographs purchased during the event will be sent via email as a downloadable link. This link will expire after a designated period, and we are not responsible for any loss of files thereafter. No refunds are available for unused or expired downloads.
