Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms:

Tickets are confirmed only once full payment is received. Payments accepted: Stripe online card payment (details provided at checkout). All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Service charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
 

Guest‑List & Admission
Attendance is by invitation only. Guests must complete guest‑list registration and present confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID at check‑in. Entry may be refused if registration is incomplete or identification is not provided.

 Capacity & Allocation
Events have a limited capacity according to the venue. Ticket allocation is on a first‑completed‑registration basis. A ticket does not guarantee a specific seat unless seating is explicitly reserved/assigned.

Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Purchaser cancellations: tickets are non‑refundable except as stated below.Transferability: tickets are transferable with advance notice and organiser approval; the transferee must complete guest‑list registration.Event cancellation or material change: if an event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund or credit toward a future event. If an event is materially changed (date, venue, core concept), the organiser will offer a refund or credit. The organiser is not liable for incidental costs (travel, accommodation).Force majeure: the organiser is not liable for cancellation or changes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, illness).

Accessibility & Dietary Requirements
Guests must notify the organiser of any accessibility needs or dietary intolerances at the time of registration. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee full provision for late notifications.

Health & Safety
The organiser may refuse admission or remove guests whose behaviour endangers others or breaches event rules by the form of security. No refund will be issued in such cases. Guests must comply with venue and organiser safety instructions, including emergency procedures.

Photography, Filming & Privacy
The event may include professional photography and videography. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event. Personal data collected for booking and guest‑list registration will be processed in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy.

Conduct & Dress Code
A dress code may apply to each event. Failure to comply may result in denied admission without refund. The event is primarily an adults‑only experience; guests must be of legal age as stated in the event listing.

Third‑Party Suppliers
Food, beverage and entertainment are provided by third‑party partners. The organiser endeavours to represent offerings accurately but is not liable for supplier failures beyond the organiser’s control. The Supper Club is a collective experience, and you will not hold the organiser liable for any damages. The Supper Club will inform you who the supplier/performer, etc, is, and you will then have to directly communicate with the third party. 

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser’s liability for any loss or damage arising from attendance is limited to the ticket purchase price. Guests are responsible for their personal property.

11. Changes to Terms
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders.

13. Attitude & Satisfaction
While every effort has been made to create a beautiful and memorable evening, the organiser cannot be held responsible if a guest’s experience is affected by personal mood or disappointment. We kindly ask guests to approach the event with an open mind and positive spirit. Should you be dissatisfied or feel disappointed at any point, please inform a member of staff promptly. We will do everything reasonably possible to elevate your experience and ensure your enjoyment, but we cannot guarantee complete resolution in all circumstances.

14. Respect for Performers
All performers and artists are to be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times. Guests must not touch, approach, or disturb performers during their acts. Any disrespectful or disruptive behaviour towards the performers will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and may lead to a ban from future events.

All guests are expected to treat staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Any behaviour that is disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate towards staff will not be tolerated. Guests displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave the event immediately without refund and may be prohibited from future attendance.

The Supper Club | Malta - Trademark No. 70874 is a proprietary concept exclusive to its operation within Malta. It is not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or connected in any way with any other supper clubs, organisations, or entities operating under the same or similar names, whether locally or internationally.
