About

The Seafood Market Grill places seafood firmly at the centre of the experience. Its menu ranges from oysters, tartares and ceviche to local red prawns, langoustines, lobster, crab, mussels, clams and fish prepared in various ways.

The restaurant’s fish counter is prepared daily according to the catch, so the selection may change, and some dishes may sell out. Where possible, its wild fish is sourced responsibly through trusted partners.

We experienced the restaurant’s craft at Chapter III of The Supper Club, where featured chef Adam Demanuele created a five-course menu for the first ever dinner on St Elmo Breakwater.

Prawn and langoustine with ajo blanco and Beluga caviar opened the sequence with delicate richness. Lobster, accompanied by wakame béarnaise, brought depth and texture; turbot with Sauce Nantua and charred broccoli offered a more classic note, carefully balanced.

The final course, cheesecake with caviar, was an unexpected pairing that proved quietly assured. The menu’s success lay in its clarity of flavour and sense of progression. Each dish had its own character, yet the courses belonged together. The cooking was memorable without becoming overworked, a quality that is harder to achieve than it looks.

Their contribution was a testament to the coordination and care behind every plate.
